  These guys are great. Went out of his way to help. I was passing thru the area lost a bolt to my front brakes didn't have it in stock but the guy searched other bolts and found a match to the threads and berry close to length to get me back on the road. I feel he went out of his way to help me.

  Called to order a ground strap, we don't Carry those. I have a part number that I found on your website that says that you can order it. No we don't carry it anymore. Called collinsville store ordered it and yes thay can order it. I run a carpet cleaning business I've ordered parts for years. I can't due it no more. There careless and don't no anything about anything. I've also had them check a battery for me, after that they checked the battery cable, the guy there pushed on the nagative wire so hard it stripped out my side post terminals.pissed isn't the word for it. I've even ordered $600 worth of parts, never called me when they came in. So after 48 hours they return the part. So I ordered from Amazon but the good thing is I saved $150. Out of all the places I've ordered parts this was the worst, I think they just tell you they don't have it so they don't have to do any work. I don't like to give bad reviews but this place deserves it. Matt is the manager if he calls me maybe we could rectify this and I can change the review.
