  If you have to go into an At&T store, a corporate store like this one rather than a "partner" store is your best bet. I use At&T for my corporate wireless and have always had success with this location taking care of issues. Less so on the personal side. When asked to perform a simple review of the account to see if there were any savings we were missing, an unauthorized change was made to our plan resulting in excess data charges. As no paperwork was presented to me for the change and I did not sign anything to authorize such an account modification, I was able to get it straightened out-- but was forced to contact Retention in order to do so. My advice is to be very clear about what you are needing done, and then follow-up with a call to the 800 number to make sure that it was completed correctly.
